Just before Christmas, the St. Louis Public School District Students In Transition Program received a much appreciated donation from the Southeast Missouri, Illinois & Wisconsin Region Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. During the organization's Christmas Sharing Service, Sister Yvonne Peters presented a donation check and several backpacks filled with nutrious food to Chris Lee, Executive Director of the St. Louis Public Schools Foundation. The donations were blessed during the service and presented to the District to support the students in the Students In Transition Program.
