I Go Green SLPS Challenge Pilot Program
Promoting energy and resource conservation awareness
The I Go Green SLPS Challenge Pilot Program is a voluntary, year-long competition for schools to promote recycling and reduce energy and water costs using project-based, hands-on STEM learning activities in sustainability.
The pilot program challenges schools to compete and earn points to win incentives—such as prizes and field trips—while making their schools greener and more sustainable. The I Go Green SLPS Challenge encourages students and staff to:
- Reduce consumption and cost.
- Stop the wasting of resources.
- Become better stewards of our environment.
