I'm thrilled to be back as a teacher here at Gateway STEM High School. My background is quite varied, with experience in banking, financial education, and retail management, all of which have shaped my approach to education.

My journey began in the banking sector, where I spent 15 years learning the ins and outs of financial management, customer service, and strategic planning. This experience gave me a solid understanding of business principles that I'm excited to share with my students.

After my time in banking, I transitioned to the nonprofit sector, where I worked as an educator at a Financial Education organization for five years. During this time, I taught adults about personal credit management and helped individuals with small business development. It was incredibly rewarding to see the impact of financial literacy on people's lives.

Now, as a teacher at Gateway STEM High School, I can't wait to bring my experiences into the classroom. I believe in the power of education to transform lives, and I'm dedicated to empowering my students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

In my classroom, I strive to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. I bring real-world examples and hands-on activities into my lessons to make learning engaging and relevant. Beyond academics, I'm committed to supporting the holistic development of my students, fostering resilience and self-confidence.
