I am Mr. Shear and I teach Business & Computer Science.

Born on August 9th, 1987 and raised at a young age by my grandmother. I graduated High school in a small farm/coalmining town as a young black man with ambitions for more.

I started college at Southeastern Illinois College where I pursued a degree in Computer Networking.

I took a break from college to begin working in Oklahoma City as a Computer Technician.

Went back to college in 2010 and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale

The first 2 years back to college I used my talents in basketball to earn a scholarship to assist with food and tuition. The last 2 years I relied on student loans to get me through.

After graduation I worked as a not-for-profit accountant for 4 years and 2 years as a Professionally Licensed Stock Broker at TD Ameritrade.

I am currently a Master's student at Missouri Baptist University pursuing a MAT (Masters in the Art of Teaching)
