I am a St. Louis native in my third year working as an Interim Learning Associate for St. Louis Public Schools. I teach "double-dose" Algebra I, and in previous years I taught physics and physical science. 

Prior to working with SLPS I worked as a professional jazz guitarist, singer, and bandleader. My band was voted "Best Jazz" in STL in 2014, 2015, and 2016, and in 2016 we were named the "Best Band in St. Louis". 

I also served with AmeriCorps St. Louis in 2004-2006 where at Gateway Middle School and Humboldt Middle School, and I was a certified CPR/First Aid with the American Red Cross. 

I have two kids who both graduated from St. Louis Public Schools.
