Don Cooksey (July 9, 1948) is a former relief pitcher in major league baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals. He was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 5^th round (87^th overall) of the 1966 MLB June Amateur draft. He was born in St. Louis, MO and attended O’Fallon Tech High School.
