• In the 2023-24 school year, SLPS received $103 Million in ESSER IV funding.  There are 3 priorities for the spending: 

    1. Supporting the Whole Child
    2. Expand 21st Century Schools
    3. Invest in our Staff

    The funds will be spent in the following areas:  

    • Unfinished learning:
      • Before and after school tutoring
    • Programming for Teacher Leadership Pathways
    • Instructional resources to support core instruction
    • Targeted student supports
    • Flexible school funds
    • Facilities
      • Outdoor classrooms at targeted schools
