He has incredible experience in Human and Organizational Development with a demonstrated history of success. Leon specializes in designing and delivering innovative workforce education, leadership training, and performance improvement programs tailored to the strategic needs of clients in a diverse range of industries.
Kelly Tyson (Mullanphy-Botanical Garden Elementary School). In typical Kelly fashion, if you go to her Linked in page, her “about section” doesn’t boast all of her successes or work highlights. Instead, it is a description of her vision for school leaders and schools. This is how Kelly has led schools throughout our region. Whether as a principal at City Academy, building a STEAM school before STEAM was even a concept, or her work as a principal at LEARN or Head of School at Chicago Jesuit, Kelly builds programs that are truly people focused and guided by what is best for students.
