If you are over 18 years old and have never volunteered with Saint Louis Public Schools, please complete:

• Adult Volunteer Application
• Missouri Family Care Safety Registry Form
• Volunteer Character Reference Form (to be completed by someone over 18 who is not related to you)

If you are over 18 years old and have volunteered with Saint Louis Public Schools in the past, please complete:

• Adult Volunteer Renewal Application
• Missouri Family Care Safety Registry Form

If you are under 18 years old, please complete:

• Student (Under 18) Volunteer Application
• Volunteer Character Reference Form

No matter which application you are using, please submit ALL forms together for the fastest processing!

Once complete, you may scan and email your application to Ricci Sykes (ricci.sykes@slps.org), drop it off at any school, or mail it to us at:
