Induction Coaches are former Consultant Teachers that are instrumental in supporting teachers that have completed at least one year in a certified teaching position in a public school.  The Induction Coaches work to support professional growth, success, and retention within Saint Louis Public Schools. The realization of increased student achievement is the ultimate goal of this work.
