The second goal of the Transformation Plan 2.0 is “The District cultivates school leaders in administration and the classroom.” We will accomplish our goal by creating, communicating, and identifying (qualify and quantify) key characteristics of excellent leadership in the district. The outcomes for excellent school leaders will; increase student growth and achievement, increase teacher effectiveness, increase student engagement, increase retention of effective teachers and staff, sustain a 90%+ student attendance rate, and increase student enrollment.
