    Did you know that walking is a form of aerobic exercise and is one of the easiest ways to increase your physical activity and improve your health?  Why not get fit and have fun at the same time?  Take part in the SLPS Walking For Wellness challenge.  There is still time to register online for a chance to win prizes just for participating in the SLPS Walking For Wellness challenge.  Complete you registration form by visiting http://www.startwalkingnow.org/registration.jsp.  Make sure you enter "St. Louis Public Schools" under the Preferences>Company>Search tab.
     
    The District will select winners at random to receive a Fitbit Flex activity tracker.  The first winners  are Paige Blansett and Armando Lopez.  After the first three weeks, SLPS employees have walked 2,387.06 miles!
     
    The SLPS Walking For Wellness challenge will conclude on March 31, 2015.
