• The Office of Public Affairs (OPA) oversees external affairs for the District. The OPA team engages the community in order to increase student success. The team consists of the Public Information, Volunteer Services, and Development and Partnerships departments. OPA also manages many nonprofit relationships with the District, as well as corporate relationships and the partnership with the St. Louis Public Schools Foundation.
