Metro Academic and Classical High School

Hello Students and Family of 23/24 PE/Health Year,

Welcome to the school year of 2023/2024! 

*PE Students are required to dress out every class (included is proper footwear (athletic shoes are recommended) with a black shirt and black shorts (it does not have to be all black, acceptable arrangemets are okay as long as they are discussed and approved by Coach Armstrong prior to class). 

-Please be on time and ready for class at the beginning of the bell. 

-Bring a water bottle and towel with you to class so you can stay hydrated.
