• Welcome students and families! I am thrilled to begin my new role as librarian for Metro High School. This will be my 28th year teaching and my 18th with SLPS. I will also be the librarian at Betty Wheeler C.J.A. where I have worked as a 2nd grade teacher for the last 6 years. Here is a little information about me: I love reading, walking, cooking, traveling, nature, and spending time with my family and friends. My favorite color is green and my favorite season is fall. I am looking forward to a great year of learning and new experiences!
