As aspiring nurses and healthcare professionals, it is our duty and obligation to care for those who are unable to care for themselves. That is why our students Riana Roberts, Malika White, and Ryan Young along with Ms. Ramona Smith, Health Informatics/Certified Nursing Assistant Instructor, delivered a care package with food, a blanket and a variety of other items to a homeless woman near the school. These students value what it means to give back to their surrounding community and have developed a compassion for helping and caring for others. Thanks also to Ms. Tiffanni Durham for her donation.
