    How To Access Teams

    1. On your internet browser: Search portal.office.com
    2. Click sign in
    3. Input the username assigned to you.
    4. Input the assigned password (your computer password)
    5. You may be asked to set the time zone if you have never logged in. Set it to Central (US and Canada).
    6. Once in the portal you will have access to the entire Microsoft suite. Be sure to locate the following applications as you will most likely use these the most for your e-learning: Teams, Outlook.
    7. Please note that when you do work in these apps within the portal your work will automatically save.
