Mrs. Fenner is Carr Lane VPA's reading specialist!  In this role, she:

• provides small-group pull-out reading support
• supports Carr Lane's reading program and the ELA teachers
• promotes and encourages school-wide reading in order to motivate the Carr Lane community to read!
