    Instrumental Music 

    The Instrumental Music program emphasizes total musicianship with training in music theory, ear training and individual performance techniques. Music History and Music Appreciation subjects are included in the curriculum. Ask the teacher or the Artistic Director for audition information if you are interested in joining the band or orchestra.


    Instrumental Music courses are offered to students in the instrument areas of

    • Woodwinds

    • Strings

    • Guitar

    • Percussion

    • Piano

    Concert Band – This ensemble is the largest instrumental group. Participation is upon recommendation of the Band Director and Instrumental Music Teachers. Activities include public concerts and adjudicated band festivals.
