• Transcript Requests

    To request transcripts for up to 10 years, email Ms. Angela Thomas @ angela.thomas@slps.org.

    You will need to complete the transcript request form linked here: Transcript Request

    The school only keeps student records for 10 years.

    After that, the SLPS transcript office handles all requests.
