Greetings! My name is Lisa Boxley and I am proud to serve as an Academic Instructional Coach for Nance Elementary School. My desire is to empower teachers to reach their full potential. With over thirty years in education, including my time as a principal and my doctoral degree from Maryville University, I have developed my skills in teacher leadership and curriculum development. 

 

My mission is to work alongside teachers as a thought partner, providing support through classroom observation, collaborative planning, and feedback grounded in research-based practices. I believe that by investing in our educators, we create a ripple effect that leads to more engaging and effective learning experiences for all students. When I'm not in our school, you can find me enjoying spending time with my family.
