Ms. Foster

My name is Corsandra Foster. I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and I am a product of St. Louis Public Schools. I attended Field School, Walbridge School, Ford School, King Middle, and Soldan High School. The colleges I have attended include the University of Missouri-St. Louis, Harris-Stowe State University, Lindenwood University, and Fontbonne University.
I have been employed by St. Louis Public Schools since 1993. This is my 31st year working for St. Louis Public Schools, and my 4th year working at Nance Elementary. I have taught computers in a computer lab, as well as preschoolers, first graders, second graders, third graders, fourth graders, and fifth graders. I also served as a reading teacher for the last three years here at Nance Elementary.
My mission is to provide students with a high-quality education by setting high expectations and incorporating learning that utilizes critical thinking skills, problem-solving, and real-life situations. I will also provide students with the necessary tools to be lifelong learners and productive citizens in our school community.
