Hello, my name is Tyreesha Young. I am a Saint Louis native. I am a product of the Saint Louis Public School District. I graduated from Carnahan High School of the Future. I attended a historically black university, Lincoln University of Missouri.  I spend most of my time-making cakes and/or buying shoes. 

This school year I will be teaching 6th grade at Nance Elementary. My teaching philosophy is to help students understand how important learning is and show them it can be fun. I am a firm believer in leading by example and building students into the scholars I know that can be.
