Mr. Scott Hamilton

Welcome Students!

I teach Science and STEM-related electives at McKinley Classical Junior Academy. I grew up and went to college in Texas where I earned a degree in Biology and Chemistry. I am currently a student at UMSL and Lindenwood University working on two graduate degrees. 

I always loved science class because it gave me a chance to be a problem solver and find answers to the questions I had. I hope to share my love of science with all my students. 

One of my hobbies is art. I like to paint, make models out of paper and cardboard, and even built my own pottery kiln in my backyard to make ceramics. I love to share my work with students...I'm not the best but I find art to be relaxing.
