Hello everyone and welcome back to Sumner for the 2023-2024 school year! I'm excited about starting the new school year, and I can't wait to see you all in my classroom soon!

Before coming to Sumner, I studied at Truman State University where I completed both my Master of Arts in Education and Master of Arts in English.  Currently, I'm enrolled in UMSL's Doctorate of Education: Social Justice cohort.  I'm excited to be entering my 6th year of teaching at Sumner High School where I teach English 2 and AP Literature.
