Welcome to Gateway Middle School! I am Morgan Simmons, and I am thrilled to be a part of this vibrant learning community as your 8^th grade Algebra teacher. Our school is a place where every student is encouraged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a supportive and nurturing environment.

At Gateway, we believe that education is a collaborative effort among teachers, students, and parents. I believe it takes a village. My mission is to inspire a lifelong love of learning and to prepare our students to become responsible, respectful, and successful members of society.  I strive to create a classroom atmosphere that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for discovery.

As your teacher, I am committed to providing engaging and meaningful learning experiences. I believe in the potential of every student and am dedicated to helping each one achieve their personal best. Whether it’s through innovative lessons, hands-on activities, or thoughtful discussions, my goal is to make learning both enjoyable and impactful.
