Brianna Brown is a vocalist and songwriter blending traditional jazz, neo-soul, and R&B. A 2014 graduate of Central Visual and Performing Arts High School in St. Louis, she spent her college years building her artistry, opening for Grammy-nominated artists like Chrisette Michele and performing at iconic venues like New York’s S.O.B.'s. Brianna has worked with Jazz Academy through Jazz St. Louis, served as a restorative justice counselor at Kairos Academies, and collaborated with Mentors in Motion. She is a former Artist in Residence with the Kranzberg Arts Foundation, a voting member of the Recording Academy, serves on the New Works Collective board at Opera Theater, and is the granddaughter of Grammy-nominated jazz musician Kenny Barron.
