    Hello Jefferson Scholars and Families!

         Welcome to the Jefferson Elementary School library! I am looking forward to a great year with all of our eagles. I can’t wait to share great books and information literacy skills with you. According to the American Library Association, "Information literacy is a set of abilities requiring individuals to 'recognize when information is needed and have the ability to locate, evaluate, and use effectively the needed information.'"
