    Hello! My name is Mrs. Tona’ Lloyd, and I am excited to join Jefferson Elementary as the new Resource Teacher. My role is to provide individualized support and instruction to help students reach their full potential and thrive both academically and socially.

    I am passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and empowered to succeed. Through collaboration with teachers, families, and staff, I aim to ensure that each student receives the tools and strategies they need to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

    How I Can Help:

    • Providing targeted, small-group instruction to meet students’ unique learning needs.
    • Supporting students with strategies for academic success, social-emotional growth, and self-confidence.
    • Collaborating with classroom teachers to ensure students are supported in all learning environments.
    • Communicating with families to share progress and offer resources to support learning at home.

    • I have many years of experience in education and a passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning.
    • I believe that every student has unique strengths, and I love finding creative ways to help them shine.
    • Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family.
