    Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year!     

    Welcome Jefferson Scholars and Families! I am excited to be at Jefferson and to serve as the Academic Instructional Coach (AIC).  My role as an AIC is primarily to support our teachers in their professional growth. This year it is my goal to foster a culture of academic, social-emotional, and personal success.  I believe that high expectations and meaningful relationships are the most important components of success.

    This year we will focus our practice on equity as we ensure that scholars receive quality instruction in all subject areas. We will meet the individual needs of each student that enters this building.  Serving Jefferson Elementary School's scholars, educators, and staff is something I am looking forward to.

    To efficiently complete a task, my motto is always, "Whatever it takes!"
