    Teacher Message:
    This is my 10th year teaching at Mullanphy.  Mrs. Pennington, Ms. Gardner and myself love working and learning together with our wonderful students. We are excited to start another school year. 
     
     
     
     
    Biography:
     
    I grew up in NY state and graduated in 2005 from a state university called SUNY Geneseo with a degree in Elementary and Special Education. In 2011 I completed my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Integrating Technology in Schools at George Mason University in Virginia. I have been teaching for 19 years all in the field of Special Education. I started as a resource teacher in Washington DC and over the years I have co-taught in classrooms, worked with small groups of students outside the classroom and taught in self-contained classrooms. The past 10 years I have been teaching in autism classrooms. When I'm not in school I enjoy traveling, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
