Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! 

I am so privileged to begin my 11th year as the Principal of Mullanphy.  I have served in SLPS since 2004 as a teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal on several campuses, working with students from PreK-12th grade.  It is a joy to see the accomplishments of our students over the years! I am very thankful for the supportive community of family and staff that surround our students to see them through to success.

This year, our school team will be focusing on creating an environment for students where they feel they belong and are able to gain all of the skills they need to be successful academically and socially by providing instruction and practice throughout the day.  We look forward to partnering with you as we work to create a safe and welcoming school environment, and we will ask for your support at home to practice these important skills.  Specifically, our school team will be focusing on literacy (reading and writing) with our students.  Unlocking our students' potential will be our goal as we Explore.Learn.Grow.Together!
