Welcome Back!!!

My name is Kenya Womack, and I will be your 4th-grade English Language Arts Teacher at Mullanphy ILC! Yay!

I have a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Minnesota—Twin Cities. I have been in a classroom for seven years, and this will be my fifth year teaching in SLPS. I am super excited to show students how reading can create global citizens who are aware of the world and its people. 

I believe in incorporating cultural studies into every subject that I teach. We will learn about ourselves and others while we build a strong learning community. 

I am a product of Saint Louis Public Schools, where I attended from Preschool to 12th grade. SLPS has a special place in my heart. 

Please make sure your child attends school with a binder, pencils, and iPads every day.
