My name is Ms. Allyson Miller, and I will be your student’s English Language Arts (ELA) teacher. This year is my first at Lyon Academy. I spent last year teaching at AESM @ L'Ouverture as a 6th Grade Resident ELA Teacher. Before teaching, I worked at the National Center for Youth Law in Oakland, CA, defending the rights of immigrant youth detained by the U.S. government. I am so excited to be back in Missouri, and specifically in St. Louis, and I’m especially excited about teaching 7th and 8th Grade ELA at Lyon Academy!

I can be reached by phone call, text, or email anytime between 8AM and 5PM during the week. Outside of those hours, I will respond to you as quickly as I am able.
