Welcome Liger Family!

My name is Mrs. Amanda Patty-Ingram, and I am honored to be serving my first year as Assistant Principal here at Lyon Academy at Blow. I am thrilled to join this incredible community of students, families, and staff as we work together to create a safe, supportive, and inspiring place to learn and grow.

Our theme for the year, “Readers Are Leaders,” reflects a belief I hold deeply—that literacy opens doors to opportunity, shapes character, and empowers us to lead with confidence and compassion. When we read, we don’t just learn new words—we see new worlds, gain fresh perspectives, and strengthen the skills that help us think critically and act responsibly.

Mission: To provide an environment where students feel safe, valued, and able to learn.
Vision: To prepare all students to be successful through high school and beyond.

My Goal as Assistant Principal
This year, my goal is to build strong relationships with our students, staff, and families while supporting excellent instruction, encouraging leadership at all levels, and ensuring every student has the tools they need to succeed.
