Welcome Back to School!

Hello Parents and Students,

My name is Mrs. Young, and I am thrilled to welcome you to another exciting school year at Lyons!

I have had the pleasure of being part of the Lyons community for the past four years, and I am eagerly looking forward to another year of growth and learning with your children.

This year, I will be teaching 6th–8th grade Science. We’ll explore fascinating topics, conduct hands-on experiments, and make real-world connections to what we learn in class.

Together, we will create a positive and inspiring classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning.

I am excited to embark on this journey with all of you and look forward to a fantastic year ahead!
