The 2021 Collegiate Owls won the PHL conference with a 3-0 conference record, including wins over Metro and Vashon (and a forfeit win over Carnahan).

Coach Klosterman was awarded PHL Coach of the Year and Class 1 Districts 3-4 Public School Coach of the Year.
