  • -Maintain a Balanced Diet.

    -Connect with Loved Ones.
     
    -Physical Exercise can boost immune function and can be a natural way to release tension. 
     
    -Do your best to get at least 8 hours of Sleep each night.
     
    -Maintain your Routines as much as possible. Create a To Do list for each day/week.
     
    -Stay informed, but manage how much media you consume. Avoid relying on rumors or unreliable sources. 
     
    -Set a Mantra for yourself that's calming. Practice deep Breathing or Meditating. 
     
    -Spend time in Nature soaking up that Vitamin D!
