Hello! Zdravo! Hola! Hello and welcome to Buder Elementary! My name is Mrs. Phelps and I am one of the ELL teachers here. This is my 7th year at Buder, but my 27th year teaching in SLPS! I love working with all the students at Buder. I have my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Webster University as well as an ESOL certification. Besides being a teacher, I have a family that keeps me very busy. We have three boys ( Ben 23, Liam 19, Oliver 15) and a dog, Charlie.
