Long International Middle School

My name is Mr. Jan Fanning and I have been with SLPS for 5 years now. I graduated undergrad in Physical Education and Health from Westminster College in Fulton, MO. I attended Lindenwood University with a Masters of Arts in School Leadership. After conferring my degree, I began working for SLPS at Gateway Middle School where I was the Physical Education and Health teacher. I coached multiple sports there and was the Athletic Director for the sports program. In my free time, I enjoy basketball, soccer, and football as well as going on walks with my wife and dog, Fonzi. I enjoy some videos games and attending sporting events when I have some time to myself.

I am eager to get this year started and assisting in the success here at Long Middle. Always remember, YOU BELONG AT LONG!
