I began teaching in Saint Louis Public Schools in 2002. Compton-Drew ILC Middle School has been my home for eleven years and I feel that it is an honor to be a Dolphin. My husband and I have three children. The youngest of the three is the only one who lives in St. Louis. I raise cockatiels and have a cat named Victor. I was born in Boston and spent a good part of my childhood in New England and Canada. I have lived most of my life in Saint Louis. I love this area and have made it my forever home.
I am looking forward to this new school year. I enjoy being in the classroom with the children. They bring such energy and enthusiasm to the academic setting. Science can be an adventure that builds a foundation for great careers. Many of my students are eager to have a Science class that happens every day. The future of the world is in my classroom!
