Welcome to my first grade class. I am so happy to be part of the Mann family.  First grade is a very important year. We spend most of our day on reading and writing activities. Parent-teacher collaboration is key to a student's success. So if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. There is nothing we can't work through together.

About Me

This is my 21st year at Mann School. I have been a teacher for 26 years. I received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Missouri State. I taught for five years in the Kansas City area. While teaching in Kansas City I earned a master’s degree in Elementary Education. I have a husband and a 15 year old son. During my free time I love to cook and travel.
