Hello CA Phoenix Family!!

Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year! 

My name is Tiffany Clay and I serve as one of the Academic Instructional Coaches (AIC) at Career Academy. This is my 8th year in the Phoenix family. My first 6 years I served as a Language Arts instructor at the 9th grade level and the 12th grade level as well as part of the coaching staff for the Lady Phoenix Track and Field Team. My 7th year, the 2020 SY, was my first year in the role of AIC. 

My main role as the AIC is to support our amazing teachers (I'm biased, but I would say the best in the city) through coaching, conversations, and to act as a resource hub as well as assisting our phenomenal Administration team. Lastly, you will also see me assisting students through some small groups, interventions, or enrichment activities.

BA in Interdisciplinary Studies w/Emphasis in Communication and English- University of Missouri (Mizzou)

MAT in Secondary Education, English 9-12- Webster University

Special Reading Certification, K-12- University of Missouri- St. Louis
