    This course is designed to prepare students to pass industry certifications such as PC Pro, Network Pro, CompTIA A+ and CCNA certifications.  These certifications measures not just what students know, but what students can do.

    PC Pro certification measures the student’s ability to install, manage, repair, and troubleshoot PC hardware and Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems using the following knowledge domains:

    • Hardware
    • Software
    • Security
    • Troubleshooting

    The network portion of the course prepares the students for support IT jobs and other related IT certifications.  Students will gain the knowledge and skills needed to install, configure, and maintain a network for a small business using the following knowledge domains:

    • Network concepts
    • Cybersecurity
    • Infrastructure
    • Network Security
    • Network Troubleshooting and Tools
