My name is Mrs. Milligan. I am teaching 3rd grade in room 303. This is my 28th year of teaching.   I have spent all of my teaching career in the SLPS at 4 different schools. I have been at Hickey Elementary for 11 years. I have a certification for PreK-3. I have taught every level of this certification. I have a daughter and son-in-law and a son and daughter-in-law. I also have one adorable grandson!  I like to spend time with my family and friends and my dogs, Sadie and Chubbs!
