Hello, my name is Linda Hodges. I have been an educator at Hickey Elementary School for 27 years. The majority of my teaching career has been spent as a regular classroom teacher in grades first through third. I have also taught fourth and fifth grade ELA and Math when they were departmentalized. I’m dedicated to helping my students grow socially, emotionally, academically, and mentally. I take pleasure in seeing the happiness and enthusiasm my students display when they learn how to do something that was once challenging.

I am a proud graduate of Hickey Elementary and Sumner High School. My bachelor's degree in Elementary Education was earned from Harris-Stowe State College in June of 1997 and my master’s degree in Educational Administration from Lindenwood University in December of 2005.
