A video giving you 26 different ways to regulate your body and mind when you're feeling anxious, overhwlemed, stressed, angry, etc. Give it a practice.

Breath to Reduce Stress
In a 4-4-4-4 deep breating excerise, you will learn to use breathing to reduce stress and anxiety for a clearer and calmer mind. Breathe in thru the nose for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, exhale thru the mouth 4 counts, hold 4 counts. Repeat at least 4 times.
