Hello! I’m a Special Education teacher at Mason School of Academic and Cultural Literacy, working with 4th-6th grade students. I’ve been at Mason for 5 years.

A bit about me: I spent 11 years as a paraprofessional in special education with Saint Louis Public Schools before stepping into my current role as a Special Education teacher. My mission is to support all students according to their individual needs and guide them to become life-long learners in the classroom and in their communities. A safe, positive, and consistent atmosphere is essential for successful learning. I integrate social behavior skills into my curriculum, helping students develop positive communication methods with peers and staff.
