    Welcome to Physical Education at Mason.  My name is Michael Neuner(Coach).  I am excited to work with your family this school year.  I have been teaching at Mason for ten years.  I teach a variety of sports skills and lead up sports skills. We will also be learning about aerobic/anaerobic exercises and a pleathora of different strategies to live a healthy lifestyle and function at a high level.  I strive to build a healthy foundation so that our students can have lifelong healthy habits.
