    This project provides racial equity and implicit bias education for teachers, so that they have a better understanding of their student's lives, including trauma and community stressors that they experience, in order to improve their educational performance. The long-term goal is to foster the development of safe and supportive school environments where children can learn, thrive, and flourish.
